Health & Safety

As an experienced Asbestos removal contractor, extensive effort is applied to ensure that our site teams, on site associates and our clients are never put at risk during complex removal procedures. Good practice, tried and tested protocols and open lines of communication are the foundations for a sound Health and Safety culture.

Our drive and commitment to health and safety is at the forefront of everything we do. All of our removals are conducted in accordance with the statutory requirements made under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR).

Through our continued commitment to health and safety for both our clients and employees, we maintain a successful award of a 3 year HSE license to undertake work with asbestos. As stipulated by the HSE, only companies demonstrating exemplary standards for Health and Safety are granted a 3 year license.

We are able to act in the role of Principal Contractor (in line with CDM 2015) if requested by the client. We plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety during each phase of the project.

Training

Our site teams regularly undergo workplace training in line with our Training Needs analysis (TNA) policy. All of our site teams hold blue (or equivalent) CSCS cards and are also trained by external providers in:

- Working at Height

- Manual Handling

- Hand and Arm Vibration
