Method
Our work at Somerset house consisted of ACM removal from a variety of areas within this iconic listed building, there was Asbestos located in the Skylights, in the form of Bitumen and rope seals and mastic to windows. The works required our teams to utilise safe working at height strategies. The project also consisted of a decontamination of the roof top tank room which included lifting the floor boards and cleaning a listed lathe plaster ceiling below.
All works were completed over multiple phases in line with the clients programme.
